What is Zipline Careers?

Zipline Careers is a team of employment professionals who are whole-heartedly committed to helping turn your professional story into real results in the job market. In addition to career documents, our team provides keyword-rich ATS formatted resumes and SEO optimized personal websites that earn our clients tangible authority in their professions.

What is your refund policy?

All sales made through Zipline Careers are final.  However, we provide revisions for many of our services. Moreover, our high-level products ensure that you can compete in any job, industry and niche.

What other services do you provide?

In addition to resumes and personal career websites, Zipline Careers provides several other career documents and professional correspondence.

What is your process for creating my product?

1. Pick the services that meet your needs.

Choose the services that best meet your needs and add them to you shopping cart.  Next, review your shopping cart to ensure your product meets your needs.  Then, enter your payment information and submit your order.

  1. Help us polish your brand.

After you submit your order, we’ll send you a short questionnaire and ask you to select a phone appointment time that’s convenient for you.  Once you’ve submitted your questionnaire, we’ll assess your needs and develop a formula for your success.  Next, a Zipline Careers professional will get in touch with you at your selected time for roughly 45 minutes.  After, we’ll get to work on your first draft.

  1. Review your first draft (Does not include career documents). 

Depending on the timeframe of your order package, Zipline Careers will then develop your product and deliver it to you electronically.  We’ll ask you for any changes or adjustments you’d like to see going forward in the process. After we receive your input, we’ll get to work on your final draft.

  1. Receive your final work. 

We’ll update your product based upon the changes you’d like to see.  There may be additional changes if our career professionals would like to implement any other strategies.  After, we send you an updated copy of your product.

How long does the process take?
  • Clients purchasing Associate, Federal, CV, and Military Transition packages will receive their final draft of all work in within 5 business days.
  • For Innovator Packages, clients can expect a final draft within 3 business days.
  • For Executive packages, clients will receive their final draft of all work (including Linkedin and cover letter work) within 2 business days.
  •  Clients seeking Career Websites can expect their first draft based on the plan selected.
  • For Essential Application Add-Ons clients will receive their final draft within 3 business days.
Do I need to pay up-front?

Yes.  Due to the volume of customers we receive, we require clients to pay the entirety of their balance before we complete their product.
